Overview

Our office provides psychotherapy services for adults, children and adolescents. Our practice is committed to providing treatment options which are individual, effective and results-oriented.

It is our goal to provide a safe, professional and therapeutic environment for every patient. All information shared will be held in the strictest confidence.

Fees

Our office is credentialed and contracted with many Behavioral Health Insurance Companies and/or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) including:

       Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, FEI, Magellan,
       United Healthcare, Tricare, and Value Options.

If you do not see your insurance provider listed here we may NOT be an in-network provider with that company. Any submission of claims for services rendered Out-Of-Network will be the patient’s responsibility, and we are pleased to provide a receipt for this purpose. Coverage MUST be verified at your first session. In addition, some companies require PRE-authorization for coverage. Please check the terms of your policy for verification.

The fee for the Initial Evaluation session is $150, and $110 per clinical hour for each session thereafter. We accept most major credit cards, checks or cash.

*We require credit card payment authorization to be provided and kept on file for any deductibles or copays necessary, as we prefer not to send billing statements. This form is included in your new patient forms section.
